12% for Negatives or Repeat
5% Additional Discount ---- after 6 months or 6-bi-monthly insertions for regular monthly or bi-monthly advertisers. This discountis applicable ONLY IF ACCOUNT IS CURRENT. Past Due Accounts will be billed regular rates and will not be eligibile for the additional 5% until account is current for 6 months. Terms on all invoice are 30 days net.

$8.00 per picture, slide, logo or artwork (Pictures, logos or artwork should be sharp and clear to give best reproduction.
Please do not send pictures that are not clearly focused, or very dark or very light, they will not reproduce well.
NO FAXED PICTURES, LOGOS OR ARTWORK PLEASE. Scanned pictures must be actual size and of good quality or send us actual picture for us to scan. No Jet printed pictures.
$35.00 per color per page for additional color. (Any color other than primary color black is considered an additional color.)
For 4-color process please call for pricing
$3.00 Postage & Handling charge for return of photo, disks or copy
$2.00 for FAX proofs (Must respond within 24 hours with approval and/or changes)
COPY DEADLINE IS 25TH OF THE MONTH PRIOR TO MONTH OF ISSUE.
Any copy submitted after the deadline cannot be guaranteed placement. Advertisers planning to use bid dates should use dates at least two months beyond the ad copy deadline date, (ie Copy deadline date of May 25 should have a bid date of at least 60 days or July 25) for response time.
ELECTRONIC COPY may be submitted by disk, CD, DVD or may be E-mailed to pafireman@lcfa.com. (Please note in E-Mail the program used and version) For E-Mailed copy - if you do not receive E-Mail confirmation please call before deadline to insure insertion.
COPY: ALL COPY SHOULD BE TYPED OR PRINTED CLEARLY. We will not be responsible for errors after the initial ad for typed copy or any errors on hand written or phoned in copy. Liability for error on typed copy is limited to the cost of one (1) insertion. We will not be responsible for loss, damage or storage of any material or pictures after initial insertion order. We cannot guarantee any copy changes or cancelations after deadline. A charge may be made for corrections, changes or cancellations if they can be made.
