LCFA Refund Policy

All return items require prior approval from the LCFA Bookstore before making a return or processing. Contact the LCFA Bookstore at the contact listed below to initiate the process of making a return. Please review the following guidelines before proceeding with a return:

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• There are NO RETURNS on special order items.
• There are NO RETURNS on clearance items.
• There are NO RETURNS on a purchase of electronic media.
• Returns are considered for approval within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in new and unused condition. This includes the original wrapping if the item is packaged that way from the publisher.
• If an item is being returned due to damage, the item will be evaluated for damages prior to replacement or refund.
• Shipping fees and convenience fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
• All refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund payment is made only to the individual or agency that made the purchase.

Incorrect Shipments or Damages Items 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if the item is defective, contact LCFA Bookstore within 30 days of receiving the product. An LCFA Bookstore representative will instruct you on how to resolve the issue.
