General Info
LCFA member Emergency Service Organizations (ESOs) in good standing receive any size full color ads at the black & white price.
A Pennsylvania-based Fire Department or Emergency Medical Service Agency may advertise their event to the published events calendar at no cost.
A Pennsylvania-based Fire Department or EMS Agency wishing to place a stand-alone advertisement is offered the following discount:
- 4-A or 4-B ad for FREE,
- 1-B, 1-C, 2-A, 2-B, or 2-C ad with 25% off regular ad pricing,
- one month print & digital plus 2 additional months digital only.
File Formats: PDF, EPS, or TIF. Resolution must be 300 dpi; Full color ads should be CMYK (not RGB).

New advertisers must prepay the first ad. Payment terms are due upon receipt. We accept payments via ACH, check, money order. Credit/debit card payments are accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
Finance charges assessed on accounts over 30 days. Accounts over 60 days will have upcoming ad cancelled without notice and placed on hold until the account is brought current. Accounts over 90 days will require prepayment.

We are not responsible for errors after initial ad. Liability for error is limited to the cost of (1) insertion. Prices subject to change without notice. These prices apply to ads published in the December 2025 issue of The Pennsylvania Fireman and earlier.
